Congratulations Shelley and Andy!

This weekend we travelled up to Toledo for Tom's cousin Shelley's wedding. It was great to see everyone. Cade especially loved hanging out--he stayed up until we left at 11pm! Such the social butterfly.

Our new favorite place is the zoo! Today we went with Aunt Ann and cousin Owen.

6 months old!

The boys are 6 months old today. We went to the pediatrician's office and Calin is 17lbs 8oz and 27 inches and Cade is 16lbs 1oz and 26.5 inches. Tom is in Spain this week so we are going to try and stay busy!

Actually I am fine with just formula...

Today we tried rice cereal with the boys for the first time. They were not that excited about it and most of it did run out of their mouths. I think if we were to put the cereal on their fingers we might have better results!

They have no idea what's coming...

Hanging out in Dublin

During our stay in Dublin we were able to see Aunt Brooke and cousins Owen and Bailey often. The boys loved swinging on the swingset.

Victims of Hurricane Ike

Hurricane Ike winds came through and knocked out power all over Columbus. We lost power on Sunday and got it back on Saturday night. Tom's parents took us in and the boys loved seeing their cousins and Grandpa. Unfortunately Grandma Shelley was out of town that week.

The boys first trip to the zoo

The boys and I went to the zoo today with Brooke, Owen, Bailey and my friend Shannon. Shannon and I have known each other since pre-school and her two boys loved seeing all the animals. Her youngest is a couple months older than the twins. We had a great time at the zoo and the boys were very good the entire time--some napping helped!

The record for number of fingers in a mouth at once is 6! Not sure if 10 fingers will be achieved though. Stay tuned!

I love it when I see Calin and Cade checking each other out. I haven't had my camera ready but I keep catching Calin smiling and laughing at Cade. I'll be ready next time Calin!
